During the 2025 statistical period, the SteriPlas was used across 9 leading medical centres, treating a total of 1,960 patients:
• Hospital 1 – 450 patients
• Hospital 2 – 250 patients
• Hospital 3 – 250 patients
• Hospital 4 – 240 patients
• Hospital 5 – 200 patients
• Hospital 6 – 180 patients
• Hospital 7 – 150 patients
• Hospital 8 – 140 patients
• Hospital 9 – 100 patients
Patient case mix reflects the complexity of real-world wound care:
• 55% chronic diabetic wounds
• 20% arteriovenous ulcers of the lower extremities
• 15% surgical site infections (SSI)
• 10% other wound types, including acute wounds, burns, immune-related wounds, and chronic pressure sores
Importantly, across all chronic wound patients treated in 2025:
✔ No side effects, complications, or adverse events were reported
✔ Strong recovery outcomes observed in routine clinical practice
Clinicians frequently adopted a combination therapy approach, integrating the SteriPlas with standard medications and dressings to support improved healing trajectories.
On average:
• Treatments were administered once per week
• Patients required 5–15 sessions to control infection and enable progressive wound healing
These findings align closely with our previously reported 2025–2026 case reviews (CR97 and CR80), where:
• ~25% of patients achieved fully healed wounds
• ~69% demonstrated continued healing
• ~6–7% had interrupted treatment or did not return
• No adverse events or side effects were reported across both cohorts
Across both controlled case reviews and large-scale real-world data, a clear and consistent picture is emerging:
✔ Strong healing progression across diverse wound types—including DFU, SSI, burns, venous leg ulcers, and complex comorbid cases
✔ Excellent safety profile with zero reported adverse events
✔ Scalable, flexible integration into routine clinical practice across multiple hospital settings
